Starting solid foods is an exciting milestone, but with so much conflicting advice, it can feel overwhelming. This one-and-a-half-hour class offers evidence-based guidance on when and how to begin, what foods to offer, and how to make mealtimes safe, nourishing, and stress-free. It is offered virtually and is free of charge. Following completion of this course, you’ll be invited to a monthly Q&A session designed to offer ongoing guidance and community as you move through each new stage of feeding.
Planning Your Postpartum Recovery

The weeks following birth are a tender time of healing, change, and new beginnings. This class offers evidence-based, practical guidance to support your recovery. Together, we’ll walk through the normal course of postpartum healing—including why six weeks is not the finish line—while exploring ways to nourish your body, care for yourself gently, and find restorative moments in daily life. You’ll leave with realistic self-care tools, a clearer understanding of what your body needs in the weeks after birth, and guidance for building a care team that supports your recovery and well-being.
